Forgia del Frignano has been working in the hot steel forging industry since 1971. Over the years it has gained market trust by continually guaranteeing excellent product quality.
Our production lines include presses ranging from 1800 to 6500 tons that produce items weighing between 3 and 100kg and with a diameter of between 120 and 500mm.
Some of the main products include gears, conical and cylindrical crowns, hubs, flanges, wheels, rollers and supports; production is aimed mainly at oleodynamic sectors, industrial vehicles, agricultural machinery, earth moving machinery, cars and commercial vehicles.
Forgia del Frignano has been working for years with a certified quality system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
A three-dimensional CAD/CAM project of moulds and equipment, careful testing on the finished product and an effective internal laboratory guarantee excellent product quality standards.
The advanced system of environmental management that had already seen the Company awarded the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 environmental certification, also resulted in the them earning EMAS (Reg. CE 761/2001) registration. Forgia del Frignano is presently the only hot steel forge in Italy to have achieved this prestigious goal.
