Forgia del Frignano has always been involved in implementing and supporting an environmental policy aimed at operating in compliance with current legislation, making people aware of the environmental situation, involving all its staff and optimising the use of water and power resources. A direct consequence of this was their receiving the UNI EN ISO 14001 environmental certification that has been accompanied since 2008 by the even more rigorous EMAS (Reg. CE 761/2001) registration.

Forgia del Frignano is presently the only hot steel forge in Italy to have achieved this prestigious goal.
